[b:ce015b04ae]Update:[/b:ce015b04ae] Tonight's games will proceed as normal. The original proposal to postpone them has been cancelled.

-----
We are considering postponing Sat. night's games until Sun. night, but we will put off the decision until we have more input.

In any case, [b:ce015b04ae]tonight's team settings deadline will be pushed back 1 hour until 11pm ET.[/b:ce015b04ae]

Earlier, at around 9pm ET, I posted that due to this evening's site downtime, we were postponing Sat. night's games until tomorrow night, when both night's games would be played at once. However, shortly after, the site came back up and teams were accessible again, and there were requests to proceed with tonight's games after all.

I made the announcement in the service of information, easing anxiety, and being pro-active, but I am respectful of the desire of the managers that are here to see the games proceed. Understand, though, that the people posting here now are obviously going to support going ahead with the games, and there may be others who only had their chance to set up their teams earlier this evening and will have a beef tomorrow morning.

I'll wait until closer to midnight to make the final call. In any case, just set up your teams for tonight as if business was as usual.

Definitely jumped the gun on this one Bernie. It's back up in time so then play the games.

And what about our live draft at 10??????

Clearly we can have it. If not....

Also if the site is back up just extend the deadline until 11 p.m. for moves. But I probably have more active teams than anyone and if I can get my teams ready in 40 minutes, anyone can.

DO NOT Postpone the games unnecessarily.

Draft room appears to be ready to go - draft order has been set.

Rather have the games tonight also- even if they are an hour late.

Also- am assuming we are good to draft...which will make me slightly happier if my comerades dont steal all my picks from under me.

Sigh... this is a tough situation. Obviously since the few of you happen to be around, you're able to set up your teams now, but who knows about anyone else who tried and gave up earlier this evening?

Of course this is no one's fault but our own, but it's a tough situation. I'll put off the decision until later tonight.

Any one with teams would check back. Also the teams most affected are live draft teams, and I'm sure most of us are here now anyway.

Besides it's only managers that would have checked in during the hour the site was down. This one seems like a no brainer, especially as the best customers (i.e. guys who buy the most teams) are the vocal ones in this case.

Either way thanks for keeping an open mind. It is difficult.
