Nice work.
Well, I'd say you probably don't need that elite rotation in Petco...but it'd be fun to see the results if you did keep them. Get some speedsters and high-OBP/2B's players with the remaining $, and keep Pujols.

I like the beginning structure and $5M to work with in the FA market. This could be a very fun experimental team. Good luck.

Hey, you're the $80M version of the Phillies! It could be fun to see how those stud starters fare. There certainly are some * pitchers who could put up similar numbers in Petco who are still out there if you want to spend a bit more on your bats: Jurrjens, Wainwright, Beckett, W. Rodriguez.
I'd pick up Marmol as your closer -- or possibly a duo of Choate/Wheeler -- and maybe upgrade one of your pen to an under $2M reliever. I actually like Meek, he continually has put up good numbers for me. O'Flaherty's done well for me. Smith and Lowe have been good cheap options too.
I think you'll have some trouble scoring runs. Not a whole lot of pop, and you'll need to spend that $5M to upgrade. You could go whole hog after a small ball lineup, but that's tough road.
I'd say Kubel might fit as an upgrade, but you have a lot of lefty starters in your division. Carlos Lee may be a cheap option to free up cash elsewhere, but you'll sacrifice defense by putting him or Borbon out in the field. I'd be willing to take an injury risk or a fielding risk to bump up your production.

I guess I don't really see what the problem is...I suppose I'm somewhat oblivious.
