2010 download

I'm looking at downloading the game/software with the 2010 cards. I just wanted to make sure this will let me simulate seasons and such just like the game on here right?

(also have a windows laptop if that's a problem)

I see that I'll have to do it on my laptop ... the thing that confuses me most is the upgrade part. Is this download the whole shibang or do I have to download some original software and then upgrade to this?

It's not a download unfortunately. When you purchase SOM will send you a CD and auth codes to enter.

It only runs on Windows (or Mac with VMWare or Parallels) and is a little friendlier with XP as opposed to Win 7 (but it will work on Win 7).

The upgrade price is only if you have the previous version, you'll need to enter your auth code for the previous season to get the upgrade discount.

The CDROM game has more to it than the TSN game, but it used the same game play engine. More settings are available for the computer manager in the CDROM game.

This is from V14, but it hasn't changed that much.

Oh yeah, DEFINITELY order with the card image, and the color ballparks option is highly recommended. If you get the color ballparks I can direct you to a link that you can download higher res ballparks for at no charge (SOM approved btw).
