First thought is that you're spending too much on pitching and you'll have trouble scoring runs; particularly since there's also another Petco in your division. This is pre-waivers, correct? If that's the case, it's hard to give too many comments until you go after the guys you want.

Here are some random thoughts:

There really isn't much difference between Valverde and Kerry Wood in your park. With Valverde, Howry, and Bailey (plus Coke), that makes for a bunch of arms that won't get used all that much. Bailey seems like overkill to me. Love his card, but I'd spend elsewhere (read: on hitters). Not in love with your starters. I'd look for some more BP value. You have all 1s up the middle and in right, that's only going to make your pitchers better.

Pena's not a good fit for you. He'll hit some hrs, but mostly will kill rallies with those 13 hits on the right side. I'd look for pitcher's park values to platoon. Right now you'll get pretty lousy numbers from Rollins (sub-Mendoza's a real possibility), and not particularly good numbers from Hudson and Bourn (.245ba, .330ob, .350slg range). Bourn and Rollins will steal when on base. Those three together will be hard to overcome.

You need an upgrade at catcher. Ross has a nice card, but is a bit pricey. Diaz and a platoon-mate in your park can be a value. Pierzynski is a decent cheap option.

I agree with some of the previous comments. Baily and the rest of you pen is probably a bit too expensive, especially in a DH league. All your "normal" power hitters are Lefties, which is against the (slight) park tilt which helps right handers.

More doubles and triples are needed. Your boppers should probably hit from the right side. I probably would have Oswalt as my most expensive starter.
