How does this effect a players card? Is it just his S6, S7, S7* status or is there something more?
Is 30 the minimum IPs for a pitchers card?

I really doubt Chapman has a card since he only pitched 13.1 innings in 2010.

He has a card in the 2O10 booklet. Says he's an r1. Does this make it official?

No.
The general rule of thumb for getting a card in the TSN version of the game is a minimum of 25ip. R1/R2 has no bearing.
Also, any player in [b:516e6654a5]BOLD[/b:516e6654a5] type in the ratings book is a CD-Rom only player and automatically excluded from the TSN version of the game. Chapman[b:516e6654a5] is [/b:516e6654a5]in Bold type and therefore his card will not be available in this year's upcoming game.
