$60M Salary cap (this will keep the talent even)

No DH (there isn't one in the NL)

5/10/20 Waivers

NL ballparks only

We will have an 8 round player draft in the ILC, though this may convert to a full "live" draft on Diamond Dope if there is enough interest.


I would prefer veterans that I have played with for this one. If you have not played in some leagues with me, I would appreciate a voucher on your behalf from someone who has. Good luck everyone!!
