Question on loading and re-loading teams

Let's say the EAST is loaded with its four teams and the Central has three teams loaded.
A team in the EAST needs to UNload and make a change, then RELOAD into the same division.
Is there any hard and fast trigger on how long they can stay out and still hold their place? This is especially important if ANOTHER Team might be loading.
Anyone have any intelligence on this?
Thank you,
Artie

That spot in the East will be open until the next team enters, whoever and whenever that might be.

Thanks, as always, Dave.
And I assume that the NEXT team to load would fill THAT empty EAST spot, correct?

FYI...jumping in/out of a league used to be a red flag for cheating.
Once upon a time, not sure if it can still be done, you could enter a league pull some web stunt and see all the stadiums that had been choosen so far. This allowed the offender to adjust their roster and stadium choice prior to draft to better suit their division. I would really look hard at someone doing this in the West as it gives them a wider view of the entire league.
I doubt anyone still doing it will cop to the act...but I suspect somebody still knows how and does it.
just saying.....

Thanks Splinter for that heads up. . . I didn't know that was possible.
But in our case, we have a very solid bunch of good guys, and I am actually SUGGESTING that he do this to correct an error.
Anyway, thanks again splinter.

I thought Bernie said this loophole has been closed.
