I'm getting this a lot with my laptop.....Macbook with Firefox.
pretty much any time I try to open a new thread on the message boards.
any suggestions?

Try removing the cookies that are used for this site (forums.sportingnews.com). The cookies might need to be reinstalled because they expired or something like that.

updated software, restarted computer, logged out and back in.....
something in there worked as I am not getting the messages anymore.
