The "unleashed" Donnie Murphy:

He had a walk thrown in there as well. If HanRam could have got on in the bottom of the 8th, he would have got to bat once more.

From what I've seen so far, that is an "off-game" for Murphy. His numbers have been ridiculous!!
For fun, here is what he is doing in our Coors Field theme league with pitchers having to be under $2M.
.358 BA, .395 OBP, .852 SLUG
64 Doubles, 10 Triples, 66 Homeruns, 200 RBIS
We are only at game 135. He has 27 more games to pile it on. He is the league MVP. I only wish I had drafted him!
I took CarGo with my 1st pick, and the bum is only batting .366, 55 HRs, 146 RBIs so far. He's scored 144 runs in 135 games.

Here's Murphy's line for me at Minute Maid against better pitching:
394 75 107 43 8 32 80 42 170 0 0 7 .272 .342 .665
138 games in, he's basically a mixed bag. Loads of injuries (for comparison, on the same team Chris Young has 599 PAs vs 436 for Murphy), bad defense, and an impressive number of strikeouts. Absolutely murders lefties, but vs. RHP his line is a very pedestrian .235/.266/.591. He is helping the team win when he's in the lineup though, and does lead my team in RBIs even with his limited PAs.

Here's how Murphy finished up for me at Minute Maid in an 80M league:
Murphy, Donnie (R, 3L)
vs. L 126 45 23 0 12 26 34 45 .357 .494 .825
vs. R 347 86 33 9 25 73 14 150 .248 .277 .611
TOTAL 473 131 56 9 37 99 48 195 .277 .344 .668 $9.24M
He missed 38 games due to injury. Can't say I was super impressed, although he did feast on lefties.

Donnie is David's brother, I think. Donnie is in the unleashed set, David the regular set. Just to add to the confusion there is also a Daniel Murphy who plays for the Mets, but he didn't have a 2010 card.
