Don't understand why boxscore has Hanigan subbing for Jackson, unless this was a double switch (which there was really no need for)

Upton pinch hit for weiters and stayed in the game in cf....jackson your normal cf comes out and hanigan replaces weiters in Jacksons spot in the order.
