2010 Cards: Are injuries more prevelant?

I have had the damnedest time keeping my players healthy. It seems that for some reason, this set of players just go down to injury more.
I did a quick look at both the 2009 and 2010 set.
[u:a27e6a5bba]2009 Set[/u:a27e6a5bba]
78 Players had 600+ PAs.
Their total Payroll $409,110,000
Mean $5,245,000
Median $5,300,000
[b:a27e6a5bba][i:a27e6a5bba]Injuries[/i:a27e6a5bba]:[/b:a27e6a5bba]
[i:a27e6a5bba]Players with "2" injury: 102
Players with "3" injury: 35
Players with "4+" injury 54[/i:a27e6a5bba]
[u:a27e6a5bba]2010 Set - Players with 600+ PAs.[/u:a27e6a5bba]
83 players had 600+ PAs.
Their total payroll $405,100,000
Mean $4,940,244
Median $5,120,000
[b:a27e6a5bba][i:a27e6a5bba]Injuries[/i:a27e6a5bba][/b:a27e6a5bba]
[i:a27e6a5bba]Players with "2" injury: 76
Players with "3" injury: 34
Players with "4+" injury 75[/i:a27e6a5bba]
Make of that what you will, BUT, here is the kicker (and if someone wants to check my numbers, I may be wrong, but I don't think so):
2009 "4+" Injury payroll total for the 54 players: [b:a27e6a5bba]$72,200,000[/b:a27e6a5bba] (Avg. 1,337,000) $910 median; $5.6 mil highest player
2010 "4+" Injury payroll total for the 75 players[b:a27e6a5bba] $158,100,000[/b:a27e6a5bba] (Avg. $2,108,000) $1,220 median $8.76 mil highest player
If these numbers are even NEAR right . . . My assumption isn't wrong.
Thoughts? Further analysis from those far better than me with numbers?
