Anyone have an idea?... what is the longest winning streak.

My longest was 17 games in the 69 set.

Yes, it was a theme league. Every team tried to lose as many games as possible, except one which had all the superstars on it. Basically it's now the model for debunking the "normalization" discussions that come up from time to time. If a team is really better, it will win, maybe, 100 games in a row.... :)
So, it's completely unfair, but it's the record to shoot for!
And, no, this team didn't lose to the wild card in the 1st round, but that would have been hilarious.

Mike Scott with (only) 19 shutouts and led the team in losses with 2

Boggs hits .404
1 team blown save (by Rob Murphy with a 0.00 ERA no less)
etc. etc. :)

That Mighty Dragon team had an Archilles Heel-the Silly Nannies who administered all three losses. break up the Silly Nannies!! :lol:
