Strat-O-Matic: Can you change Divisions

Can someone tell me if it is possible to move a team from one division to another (Western, Central, Eastern), while the league is still filling up?

If you pull out and wait until the divison fills in behind you then you will be in a different division. Of course, you can only move from east to central to west.
There is also the chance that you will lose your spot entirely as the the last few spots tend to fill up quickly as guys wait to see which leagues are filling the quickest.

Usually it is a case of being afraid of a manager with a high rating point total.

Sometimes it is done to make changes to your auto draft list and has nothing to do with being afraid of anyone or anything.

If is just to adjust your AD list then it really doesn't matter if you get back into the divsion you were in or end up in the next division.

I prefer the challenge. The idea of changing divisions is to avoid a proportionately higher number of games against a dear friend/relative.
