Bernie, last night I registered for a 5-pack of teams. As it was completing registration, the screen went blank. When I refreshed it, it said it had lost my info and to redo registration. After doing it again, the same thing happened. I closed out of everything and went back into the website. It now showed I had 10 credits, when I only wanted to purchase 5. Can we have the 2nd 5 credits refunded back? Thanks!
