Any advice about how you alter your draft for 24 team vs 12 team in the context of 80 million payroll?

expect failure ie. if you dont get your pick the guy you do get will most likely not be an all-star
I tried to over rate my value guys a bit so that they would be available to start if my first pick replacements sucked-(They did)
If you really need to upgrade a position put in for several replacements on waivers as again with so few viable guys left they will go fast.
Dont under rate pitching as again the guys you get might gag you
If ya have a ton of cap left buy up everything remotley of value and hope for a trade(or a least to deny someone else the players)t

What I meant was do you draft the same as in 12? and just hope to get some of what you want? Should you take a neutral park because you may not get the players needed for your park?

I think the answer is you oviously can't draft the same. Someone who you draft will be twice as sought after(all things being equal)in a 24 team format than in a 12 team format. There are any number of things you can do to avoid the draft glut, most of which some others will also be trying. Try to be clever and hope you get lucky.

Personally, I MUCH prefer a $60 million cap with a 24 team league. I also think that the $60 million cap works best with a no DH rule, but I have done $60 mil with a DH also. Either way, I think $60 mil cap works best with a 24 team league.
