This is probably answered somewhere, but after waivers get processed, is that it or do all teams have free agent access to drop and add as they see fit (like the frenzy). If so, how long can they add/drop? Up to start of regular season?[/code]

Correct. All players become available immediately after waivers run. You can add/drop to your heart's content up to the games run that next Monday night, sometime just after midnight. Line-ups are locked at 10pm, but you can still add/drop for a couple of hours after.

you can drop/add during the sesason but it costs you. some leagues are 5/10/20, some 10, others 20% penalty. mystery leagues, i.e, 70's, 80's, 90's leagues are all 5% penalty thru the first 42 games. d/a is a lot more prevalent in the mystery games as you try to analyze which of 5 possible year's card you might have. the mystery game keeps you alot more active thru the first half of the season and forces you to learn how to read strat cards. a lot of very successful managers voice oppossition to d/a in the single year and ATG games unless absolutely necessary. injury, i.e.
