Bernieh: Do custumer service still workin' ?

I've written about 5 times to the SOM online custumer service about a 5 pack credits that I can't find anywhere in my own profile (so that I can't use) and that I paid.

After at least 5 letters, I still haven't received any answers. Though I had a ticket number everytime after I wrote (It's been more than a month).

Here's the copy of my letter:

Did you give them your exact user ID? I don't see it in the letter.

Yes, It was at the top of the formulary. I only copied the letter part.

still no response at all by bernieh or the customer service...

Did you phone SOM

Their telephone number can be found on your credit card statement. I phoned about 2 months ago, and they returned my call. I never actually spoke to SOM, but they did leave a message on my office voice mail.
