Relief pitchers and fatigue coming into a series

My understanding is that a pitcher's Pitch Count Fatigue level (F9), as seen in the boxscores, is only a per game system, correct? There's really no way to determine if your relief pitchers are fatigued before a series, correct?

I remember reading that relief pitchers can pitch up to three games in a row before becoming tired. Is this still true?

In the CD Rom game, I remember being able to view each pitcher's 'tired' rating before a game but there's no way to see this in the Online game.

I found the following below at http://somonline.wikia.com/wiki/Strat-O-Matic_Baseball_Board_Game_Rules:

[quote:e88b53df80] (27.61) A pitcher used as a starter in his last outing must rest the number of days indicated in the Super Advanced Starting Pitcher Rest Chart before his next appearance, whether it is as a starter or reliever. If a relief pitcher is used without this proper rest, consider him fatigued for the entire relief outing.

(27.62) If a pitcher who does not have a rating as a relief pitcher must pitch in relief, give him a POW inning of 1.

(27.63) The maximum number of innings a reliever can pitch without fatigue is his POW inning, plus 2.

(27.64) [color=red:e88b53df80]Relief pitchers cannot be used more than two straight days[/color:e88b53df80]. After pitching two straight days, he must rest at least one day. [/quote:e88b53df80]

I also read about a REST CHART in the CD-Rom game. I'm not sure how it works, though. I'm wondering if it would be helpful in the Online game. The rest chart might be for starting pitchers only, not sure.

Here are some games where X.Hernandez was used for 3 straight days:

http://fantasygames.sportingnews.com/stratomatic/league/boxscore.html?group_id=138671&g_id=495

His Pitch Count Fatigue level is at F0 coming into the 3rd game:

So, the Pitch Count Fatigue level does appear to carry over between games. It might be nice to be able to view each relief pitcher's Pitch Count Fatigue level before a series starts. But then again this type of info might only help with your strategy in the first game of the series only.
