Draft glitch

The computer shouldn't replace a * starting pitcher with a non * starting pitcher. It can really mess up a rotation.
This should be corrected.

I don't think that is a glitch, it's just one of the possible pitfalls you run into when trying to build a rotation of SP* pitchers. If it replaced a 'SP' with a 'RP only', that would be a glitch.

Been Harping about this for years... seems like it would be a simple fix to make sure a SP* consolation is also a SP*?
