Or, in your browser go to File>Print.

File Print wont work for some reason.

Probably the infamous cache problem. Try clearing caches and if that does not work change browsers.

Here's what I do when I want to copy something like that. Do a copy/paste, then open your email like you're sending an email to someone, paste in the body of the email and print off. Voila!
