How long does it take to fill a league?

All kidding aside, it is dependent on a few factors:

1. What the salary cap is (80 and 100, I would say are more popular)
2. If it is DH or non-DH (DH, I would say is the more popular)
3. Waivers or Frenzy (Waivers will scare fewer people)
4. Drop penalty? (5-10-15 is probably more popular)
5. Your own network (people often like playing with people they like and know)
6. What the manager rating are in the league already. (There are folks with double and triple digit ratings who won't play with managers with four and five digit ratings because they feel they will be outclassed.)

Usually what happens is that it can take a few days to a few weeks to get the first six managers, then a day to get to 9, then a few hours to fill up. People like joining leagues that already have a few other managers.
