Assuming outage is because of upgrades?

Bernie- are you putting the new system in? Or did an intern say "I wonder what this button does" or "this plug doesn't seem to be connected to anything, lets pull it out so we can hook up the new air-hockey table"

I've been a player here since October 09. That's 2 years of accessing this site EVERY day, often dozens of times a day.
In all that time, I can count on the fingers of one hand the "outages" I have even noticed. One or two caused a temporary inconvenience. That others -- like today's -- didn't even cause a blip on my radar.
From the things I read on this forum, it must have been AWFUL before I joined because since I joined, I think Bernie and his crew has done a great job keeping us up and running.
Just my 2 cents.
