If anyone knows how to tweet, a sneak preview of fielding ratings will be here.

I don't use Twitter, so perhaps someone can post ratings on this message board.

They now protected their tweets. That's typical.

I noticed that. I think that's weird too. I guess they could be doing it to make sure you follow the account, as opposed to just viewing the previews and then moving on... but IMO that's not the best way to market. I'll say something to them about it.

I don't think I saw a single Seattle game this year, but I guess I'm surprised that Ichiro was dropped to a 2. Has he just "dropped off" or did he have some sort of injury or something? Looks like his offense was way down too.

Having watched a ton of Cubs games the past few years, I think they need a new number for Alfonso Soriano--a 6. It's when most normal fly balls to left, even off the hitters cards, can become singles or doubles due to basic inattention. It's like he just stands there until the ball drops, and then goes and gets it with all the "hustle" of me walking out to my mailbox to retrieve the junk mail...

Balls are much easier to field after they stop moving........just enhancing his chances for successfully fielding the ball.

If I have to play any outfield next year in softball, I see my fielding percentage going way up. Thanks for the tip!

His range dropped noticeably last year and he made a bunch of uncharacteristic misplays early on in the season. His hitting fade was largely due to reduced BABIP. He may just have had a very unlucky season in terms of offense.
