Scheduled Frenzies

The current logic for these is broken. Can you fix it soon?
One option - if you schedule a frenzy for, say, 11 PM Eastern, it simply runs at 11 PM Eastern as soon as the league is full, rather than on a specific date.
Alternatively, if a league does not fill by the scheduled date, can you give the league creator a link to change the scheduled time as soon as the league fills?
