12-teamer? Do you have a Commisioner in mind? What kind of rules?

I don't know if you've ever started a Keeper league before but I caution you, from direct personal experience, beware the urge to kick *** if people don't conform to your wishes. I'm alluding to the initial draft and every other draft following it. I got a little out of hand and as a result at least one player in the league I established still will not answer my league emails. I scorched that relationship evidently. On the positive side the initial player draft went extremely quick (until I took a snooze and made folks wait three hours!).

I have always to start one or participate in one as well. Let me know how I might help or get involved. Michael

Yes, I think you need to answer these questions before you will get people to sign up.

Yes, a good set of rules is important -- along with having a group of managers who are both willing and able to stay in contact and be involved when needed.
I'm commish of 4 keepers (2 standard and 2 retro), plus play in others, too. If the rules aren't well done and/or aren't enforced, then it's not so much fun.
Here's a sample of a typical set of rules:

and one for a retro league:

Sorry I haven't gotten back to you on this. Does any one here have any experience being Commish? I wasnt a 12 team league. I also suggest we exchange real e mails and text numbers. We could even set up a facebook user group etc. Mark
