He won't ever check his PMs. Your best bet is just to e-mail SOM directly from TSN's => Help => Contact Us tab.

I agree with the previous post - Bernieh does a great job getting back to you if you send it to a query by email on the help menu.

By the way, Bernieh, if you are reading this post, it is the TwistedRealityLeague. Question is was a certain player (Wilson Betemit) included on the OP's roster draft sheet or not (for his team, the Detroit Tigers).
