This is my firsts 2011 team...Really having a tough time putting together a team so to speak. 3b is rife with injury prone players and after draft not a lot of offense available...Here is a link of my team....I am in Dodger stadium the other parks in my division are..Rangers, Progressive, and Rogers..

I doesn't look like you will be scoring many runs. Gonzalez and Ortiz have been great for me. After that it looks like you will be waiting for those two to come back around in the order. Your middle infield is well awful with the bat. Catcher, SS, 2B and CF will need to put together 4 hits to score 1 run.
You will need some pop somewhere and Catcher looks like the best place to find it. Your Pitchers have pretty good hold and I would try and find a catcher that can go yard.
Your top 3 pitchers will complete alot of games if you set them to slow hook and relieve F0 (you want the top 2 to pitch every inning they can) so maybe you can find another starter or put your money into offense.
Lopez will do great for a LH rp so drop Chapman and find a RH rp slanted heavy right. You are going to need them both when your 4th starter is in.
Rangers and Rodgers will be hard to win at with your power but you should do ok at Progressive. I was told once to try and beat 2 of the 3 in your division and don't worry about the 3rd. If 2 are built for speed you don't really scare them with your OF arms. Pierre is useless to you in LF with that arm and bad against RHP.
You are slanted too much to the left but it is hard to get power slanted RHP because everyone wants that. I have a team heavy slanted to the left in a theme league and they are just plain the sh*ts. 14-28 and I have won 4 of the last 6. Swisher and McDonald are on that team batting .183 and .111 that won't get the cows to come home let alone the guy on third with 1 out.
That being said your pitching looks great and I have been wrong more times than the BoneCracker has been to those Conventions that he goes to. You should get more help here on this board by him and many others and take [b:b31cbb0ce1]thier advice [/b:b31cbb0ce1]as [b:b31cbb0ce1]they know more [/b:b31cbb0ce1]than I do.

I don't think you need both of your aces. In a slightly lefty slanted (HR) stadium, I would look to keep Kershaw and move Verlander (either in trade or FA). I think both have been great in most leagues, but in the league I am in right now Verlander has an ERA over 7.00 (nearly a third of the way thru). I would spend the extra money on a #3 starter and #4 starter. Guys like Bumgarner and Daniel Hudson are good options. Lopez and Motte are guys you might want to keep. Johnson is ok. I don't like Chapman or Wheeler that much. You need a good hitting C. McCann or Ramos aren't ideal, but they are decent. If u wanna go expensive at catcher, try Montero and Ramon Castro in a platoon. Agon and Big Papi are good. Sean Rod and Utley or Jemile would be a great 2B platoon if avail. Callaspo would be OK at 3B. Escobar instead of Ryan would save some cash. I haven't seen Swisher preform too well, but I think you need to keep him. Getting McCutchen or Victorino at CF would be great, but Bourn is solid. you need power in LF.
Team will be decent, but you need some more power.
