This theme is about as simple as it can sound. We will use the Diamond Dope site's draft capabilities to have a 30 round serpentine draft in which each manager drafts one AND ONLY one player from each of MLB's 30 franchises. Draft order will be determined from a randomizer after 12 managers have signed up. I will use Google Docs to keep the draft updated along with Diamond Dope. You can check it out here:

Starting in Round 2, we will have a 3 hour clock running from 9 AM ET to 9 PM ET including weekends, though I highly encourage drafting at any time and using proxies when possible. Without proper warning, be prepared to be skipped if you miss your 3 hour window.

We will use the "unleashed" set to provide just a bit more depth to the draft. There will be no salary cap, and you can use any stadium in the 2011 set. We will have a DH. Obviously, since you can only have 28 players on your roster, two players will be drafted as formalities. Following the autodraft and waiver period, ALL players not claimed by a team will be eligible to all managers. Trades are allowed as long as you maintain the OFET theme.

I would prefer to have veterans of the league, but I'm willing to try out some newbies provided you can get at least one vet to vouch for you through a PM.
