Here's a really strange no hitter

Last night in my '86 league Eric Show threw a no hitter. That's strange enough, I know, but he also walked 11 batters in the game, including 4 in one inning which lead to a run:

The MLB record for that is 10 walks in a no-hitter, but that was my Jim Maloney in a 10 inning no-no. For a 9 inning game, the record is 9 by A.J. Burnett.

well...he did give up that one hit to Rose

I like the game summary commentary - "a beauty of a no-hitter" and the quote from his manager -

'That was one of the best pitched games I have
seen in all my years in baseball - Show was masterful out there this
afternoon!'

Funny.

Maybe Eric was tripping out on LSD like Doc Ellis in this famous (infamous?) 8 walk no hitter:
