Pitching Problem

Okay, I need some help on this frustrating issue. I have 3 starters on my team who can also pitch in relief. For SOME reason, they always seem to be thrown into games as relief pitchers even though I have them in my rotation! Then, when it comes time for them to start a game, they are usually fatigued. :x

Is there ANY way at all to ensure that they don't come into games as relievers? I should also note that I only have a 4 man bullpen, but there is almost always at least one of them available (and not fatigued).

Very frustrated here, please help!

Examples?

I think that your 4 RP's are tired AND that HAL needs to insert a SP/RP that has a better chance of getting an out rather than using a semi-tired RP.

Here's the latest of many [i:c6895ceb51](it was the first game of the season, so all relievers were available)[/i:c6895ceb51]:

I had Bauer scheduled to start the second game of the next series, so why didn't one of my other relievers come in? (I had Shields and Madson ready). What's more, Bauer stayed in to pitch the 9th (and ended up losing the game, as it turns out).

If you both list the SP/RP guys in your rotation AND schedule them on your per-game starters page for specific games, HAL should only use one of them in relief if your pen is otherwise too fatigued. If that keeps happening, you need to pick up another RP.
