you had 2 guys thrown out on the bases 1 at 3rd base then at home to end the inning

the only thing i can think of is that 2 runners were thrown out trying to take extra bases...but wouldnt that be reflected somewhere in the box score?

it was shown 1-o means the guy at first was out on the play then thome was 2-o thrown out on the single to end inning
