- Lotto pick for draft order for teams
- No Free Agents except pick-ups are allowed for players on your franchise.
- Trading Allowed – if you trade for a player and subsequently drop him, you lose him, and his free agent rights go back to the ORIGINAL franchise
- Use team name and stadium of the team you select.

You pick one of the above teams. Divisions will be based on the winning %. So, if you pick the Cardinals, you will be in the same division as the next 3 teams with the best winning % in 2005. If you take the Padres, you will be placed in the same division as the 3 teams with the lowest winning % in 2005.

Can we make $100M just so all teams will be able to pickup virtually all of their FA players avaiable if needed? Just a thought.

No problem. Having access to just about all the players is a good idea. I changed the cap # to $100M.
