I'm just wondering...if someone has more than 600 ABs does that mean they can't be injured at all? Or that they will only be injured for the remainder of that game?

I'm not sure of the exact number. Something like 685 PA for no injury other than the remainder and 600 for 3 game max.

It is not based on ABs at all. It is based on PAs which are calculated as AB+W.
