Can someone please tell me, or direct me to a link, on how base stealing works in this league? Is there the whole "holding on" thing? Also, what is the defensive penalty for having someone play out of position? I just played 10 games with someone at 2nd who didn't play the position. He only recorded 1 error, but my team did lose 9 out of 10, I thought probably some of the hits that the other team got was b/c of him. So how does that work?

yeah, SOM uses the holding rule.
