The sputtering Brattleboro Bozos got a gem of a start from Barry Zito, as he no-hit the Full Metal Jacket, 3-0 in game #34. Zito used a variety of pitches to stifle Jacket, whose only three runners were on passes from the left-hander. Zito upped his record to 2-5 with this start and gave a ray of hope and a day off to a struggling bullpen.
