HELP///Why isn't this team winning

I don't get it--This team looks pretty good on paper but they arten't doing anything. Very good defensively--decent pitching but my hitters are just doing nothing. any suggestions//http://fantasygames.sportingnews.com/baseball/stratomatic/2006/team/team_other.html?user_id=1414

1 thing I notice is that although you are playing in RFK, you ONLY have 1 LHSP. (He's doing well too)
BPHR's for lefties are almost 50% or 1-10. I would have at least 2 possibly 3 LHSP's if I were to play there.
Lefty bats are hitting .300 against your current staff.
