Any suggestions on what I need to do to get this team on the winning track? The other parks in my league are US Cellular, Great American Ballpark, and Jacobs Field.

Redneck, how come in an 80 mil league you still have almost 4 mil left to spend? You definitely need hitting. You have no OBP and no SLG whatsoever. I'd drop who you could and just get the highest OBP and SLG guys on the FA list that I could afford and maybe not even worry if they are high injury. You just need hitting badly. Good luck.
