I think we can all agree that usually it is Pitching, Defense or OBP that tends to lead to championships. That is why it was nice to have my SLG based COORS squad mash its way to a 2005 title.

Outhit 45-32 in the Finals, we slugged 9 HR to their 3.

Team batted .219 in the playoffs with a .294 OBP, but slugged a respectable .477. We had 17 2B, 4 3B & 19 HR out of 70 hits so .57% of our hits were Xtra Base Hits.

For the season we batted .262 (7th overall) and had a decent .339 OBP (4th) but Slugged a healthy .502 (almost 50 points higher than 2nd) and had a 43% Xtra Base Hit ratio.

5 batters hit the 100 RBI mark, 3 of whom hit 55+ HR (including Humberto Cota who LED THE LEAGUE).

Won't deny that defense helped my squad, considering I had a 2e8 & 2e5 in the middle of my infield and Edmonds roaming CF, but I've never won a championship at COORS (although 1 at US Cellular) before so it was fun. :)
