I think Strat uses something like 190 IP or a certain number of starts to qualify for the *SP rating. I think Sporting News uses something like 200 IP or a slightly higher number of starts to qualify for 3-game-max for injuries. Therefore a few pitchers, like Sabathia, have enough to have the *SP but not enough to be injury-proof.
