Help with Fatigue Rules

I have a question about fatigue rules if anyone could help me. If you have a pitcher with starter/reliever ratings that is used primarily as a reliever, when is the pitcher available for a spot start without being fatigued? For example, if the pitcher made a relief appearance in game 1 of a series and isn’t used in games 2 or 3, when could he be first used as a starter in the following series: game 4, 5 or 6? And speculating that the answer is game 6 for pitchers not having the * rating for starting, if said pitcher did have a * rating for starting, can he be used 1 game earlier, i.e., in game 5? Conversely, once you have made the spot start, when is the pitcher next available for relief use without fatigue? Any knowledge shared is appreciated. Thanks.

From the board game rules:
27.52 "A pitcher used in relief in his last outing should have at least one day of rest before starting. If he does not have this day of rest, consider him fatigued for his entire start."
27.61 "A pitcher used as a starter in his last outing must rest the number of days indicated in the Super Advanced Starting Pitcher Rest Chart before his next appearance, whether it is as a starter or reliever. If a relief pitcher is used without this proper rest, consider him fatigued for the entire relief outing."
Super Advanced Starting Pitcher Rest Chart:
Previous Pitcher Pitcher
Outings with without
Innings * *
1 1 day 1 day
2 1 day 2 days
3 2 days 2 days
4 2 days 3 days
5 3 days 3 days
6 - 9 3 days 4 days
10+ 4 days 5 days
Sorry about the formatting--I'm not sure how to make the columns line up.
