Albert announces: this game needs to end.

Pujols hitting 3 homers in a game is nothing new. But hitting 3 homers, with TWO 2-run shots in a 9-run top of the 10th, is legendary. It seemed almost too obvious to give the Game MVP recognition to Albert, so instead it was awarded to Jose Reyes for managing to draw a walk in the game.

Reyes blasts 2 homers off Clemens....and other wild things.

Roger Clemens gets blasted twice by a guy ("W" power) who has a 1 in 96 chance chance of hitting a homer vs rhp. (probably a one in 600 chance of hitting 2 in a game)

Eric Chavez also blasts 2 including the 10th inning game winner.

But this didnt happen until David Wright was thrown out at the plate in the top of the 10th. With the bad arms in my outfield and 2 outs, he had an 85 to 95% chance of scoring!!!

Sometimes the stars just align right.

The Horace Mann Lions enter Game 157 needing one victory to clinch the division title. Almost by themselves, Carlos Zambrano and Jason Lane step up and carry the Lions to victory and the division championship. Lane hits for the cycle, and Zambrano pitches a complete game shutout.

16 inning affair, tied in the bottom of the 9th with a run scored with 2 outs, both teams score in the 12th, and the 15th, to finally have it won in the bottom of the 16th, teams use a total of 16 pitchers combined, game winning hit came from the "catcher" who was a pinch hit replacment that ended up getting 4 at bats and playing 7 innings at catcher even though he doesn't have a catcher rating
