I played in this format last season and wanted to give it a try this season.

$200 million
Pick 3 (High to Low for draft position, Serpentine)
25 man roster at ALL times
20% FA penalty
Penn's site (if we can)
25 round live draft + 1 final round for unique stadiums (26 total)

I'm open to input to get this puppy moving... :lol:

This will be a first for me. Should be blast. Confirm please: a manager may not pick a stadium prior to round 26?
