everett rewards hals faith in him

with the opps starting rj he kept all my big lefties (mauer-braynan and piedra) on the bench but with 2 outs and 2 on in 3-3 game bottom of the ninth he brings in ray what a chance to go with a pinch hitter but no hal sticks with everett who wins the game with a single.
of course two games later down in 9th two outs leaves everett in again and this time he gets plunked and I lose him for two games with 9 games left in the season in the midst of huge collapse where i have given up all but one game of a 12 game lead
