Can someone help me with this:

If I have Babe as a RP and I give him an occasional start - when can he P again after a start? Does he wait or can he relieve the next day with as a "tired" P?

I'm experimenting with HAL and I've set my pen up so that I only have 2-3 choices for HAL to go with and Babe's 1 of them. Just wondering what will happen if I start him and when he can P again. Thanks in advance!
