First, if a replacement is required PBTR gets first crack until 9AM EST tomorrow

If I don't hear from him or the original owner by that time we need [b:2154616bcc]AN OWNER[/b:2154616bcc]! We need to quit sitting on our bums waiting. We need an owner who will be prompt or make proxies and help contribute to a soon to be smooth running draft.

It will be a fun, enjoyable league with solid, respected owners already on board.

I have used Penn's site many times, and just use the user name he gave me when I first went to his site. I get off work at 6:30am EST, and will check back in around 6:45am or so. I've done many live drafts, and never had a problem. I will be ready to go at 9am EST, or whenever, if needed...although I am sure either the original owner or PBTR will come through for you. In any event, if necessary, I will fill in, no problem. :)
