WTF!!!???
That is the most whak thing I have ever seen in this game. How did Schultz get a start? what are your settings in the rotaion and per-game starters?

And congratulations

Schultz is set as the closer both ways and is set to not use before the 8th inning. And I also was definitely using the "per game starters" option because I just went on vacation and set all of my teams for 7 days worth of starts to cover my time away.

Usually this happens when a SP gets injured & there are no other SP's available. I've had it happen for and against me.

Presumably one of your starting pitchers was injured. At least, that's the only time I've seen it happen.

Ed & Ace,

That would make sense ... BUT ... that's not the case here. This team has 7 starting pitchers on the staff, so at least 2 of them were UNINJURED and available to pitch that game.

HAL forgot to cut his Bacardi with some egg nog. That's definately whacked. It happens on rare occasions when your scheduled starter is injured and the only replacements have no starter rating (presumebly your other rotation starters are tired).

It happened against me once in the 1969 set. It's never happened FOR me though.

Merry Christmas everybody.........
