ralph works or al demaree?

used demaree good results,never used works.Works card looks good for a every fifth day starter.

They're about the same, but Demaree is a * Pitcher so he's a three day rest guy vs Works who is a four day rest guy. I have found both to be reliable for the price.

Would second that. Other than the rest issue, they are on a par with each other, for the most part. Like most of the non elite starters, guys in their price range can pull a Jeckle/Hyde routine every start. I've had them both do well for me, and had them both suck. But, for their money range, they are decent most of the time. Personally, if I was looking for a once every 5 day starter in that range, I would go with P. Dean, UNLESS my division/league was VERY slugging park heavy. The guy has never let me down. :)
