Why is my pitching struggling???

This team is playing in Forbes and is a speed based team, but it had what I believed going in to be solid pitching and pretty solid defense.

Any thoughts why my pitching is struggling???

The first comment is pretty obvious in that you have played 18 games only. Have 9 been at home and 9 on the road? What were the road stadiums? Are there a few games that have blown your era's out of proportion?
Personally, I do not use Ford (bad experience in Forbes) or Walters. We both know Hughson will come around and hopefully Seaver will as well since I have him on a Forbes team that will be starting up.
How many stolen bases has Kling given up to go with those 5 errors already?
I'd say stay the course but at the same time, do not expect a whole lot out of Ford.

Looks like bad luck to me. Sometimes the $7 guys can get knocked around a bit, go on a bad streak, seen it happen to Seaver before (he is 5-14 on a team of mine).

They will come around, stay the course.

Biggest thing is only playing 11% of the season. But Coleman and Gilliam will probably inflate things significantly relative to what you expect. And Cobb's defense sure isn't his strong point either. Then Kling has the e15 plus the T 1-15. I think we might have different definitions for solid defense.

Just noticed you are platooning Devore and Coleman. That would never have occurred to me in a million years. Doesn't seem like a very efficient way to spend your money.
