My two cents ...

vs. RHP: Bradley, Simmons, Dimaggio, Guerrero, Howard, Cepeda, Bench, Aparicio, Richardson.

It gets ugly vs. LHP. Ideally, the platoon mates to guys like Bradley and Richardson play comparable offensive roles -- under various logics, the leadoff man here could be Bench, Piniella, Beckert or even Simmons, Dimaggio or Howard. Is it too late to swap out Piniella for, say, Tony Philips?
