? on reading a pitcher's card

Is the bunting rating an offensive rating describing how well they bunt, or is it a defensive rating telling how well they defend a bunt?

Dumb question I know, but I want to be sure I have not been reading it wrong all this time.

Semi related ?, is there anything on a card that would suggest to you how to set your bunting settings up, or do you go strictly by the bunt rating and the rating of the opposing infielders?

I generally set all of my C or D rated bunters (except pitchers) to Don't Bunt. The A & B guys are the only ones I want bunting.
